I love yoga. We do yoga every monday in aerobics. I feel so amazing after it. I mean you know what they say....
Exercising gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. And happy people just don't kill their husbands.
I think I have to be happy since Tyson's never happy now days....well sometimes he is. It depends on how much sleep he's gotten and how much homework he has. So the more endorphins I seem to get the more he has.
I'm more aware of how my attitude directly affects those around me. So I'm trying to keep as happy and upbeat as possible. That way everyone else is too. Yoga helps. :D
